   Only 25 minute (23 km) and close with toll road.
3. How far is the hotel from the downtown shopping areas?
   Around 15 minutes by car and we are connected with Surabaya Townsquare (Sutos).
4. What are standard check-in and check-out time of the hotel?
   The official Check-in and Check-out time is 2 PM local time.
5. Is it possible to have early check-in at the hotel?
   Yes, we can arrange based on our room availability

   Yes, you can stay in your room until 5 PM (our late check-out time is 5 PM).
